Advanced Reports

Introduction

This information guide will assist the user in-building Reports, Reports help the user to filter between different types of data generated when using Safety 360 Elite.

There are two types of reports, you can use Basic Reports or Advanced Reports.

Advanced Reports allow the user  to filter for specific dates.

This guide will go through the following options:

  1. Advanced Reports
  2. Report Builder
  3. New Report Details

Advanced Reports

Helps you build detailed reports for tracking features available on Safety 360.

Report Builder

After selecting the report feature and selecting the advance report card you will start entering data to your report.

Start by selecting the Report granularity: for our demo we will be using “Day”.

When building a new report, start by setting the time period for your report.

You can select either a “Date Range” for the report or “Specific dates”. I will use the first 3 months of the year. This creates a timeline for my graph.

Please note when using “Specific Dates”, will override the “Date range”. Select “Start Report”.

Selecting the “Action Checklist “ tab it will open the data home screen.

New Report Details

Data relating to Actioned checklist

Add details to your graph by selecting the “Add Data Source”. For this demonstration I will add “ Non Conformances raised” to my chart.

Add details to your graph by selecting “Add Data Source”. For this demonstration I will add “ Non Conformances Checklist”.

Data relating to Actioned checklist.

Graph now display both “Actioned Checklist” and “ Non Conformances raised”. You can keep adding to the graph, following the same path.

A detail list of what checklist was actioned and the non conformances raised is displayed at the bottom.

Conclusion

You can draw an infinite amount of different graphs for different scenarios.

Use graphs to determine who is performing well and who is lagging in performance.

Reports can help grow the productivity of your company.

This is an easy way to keep your finger on the pulse of your business.
