This guide assists users in viewing and managing departments in Safety 360 Elite.
Required Roles:Please note that to view or make changes, you must have one of the following roles assigned under the Employees feature:
Departments can be found on the left navigation pane, under the System tab as shown below:
Once inside the Departments, you will see:
Here are a few things to note on the first screen.
View or edit your Departments you are linked to and departments where you are an employee of.
When you open up the bar, then the screen will follow the same structure as per the previous 3 pages that are marked View or Edit your Company Department Details
Use a template to upload multiple departments.
Ensure the CSV is populated exactly as per the provided example to avoid upload errors.
In this section, you can view and unarchive departments.
The Department feature helps to put structure into your company.
