Guide to Screenings
V2.1 Guide
Introduction
The Screenings tool on Safety 360 Elite lets you set up and manage digital checkpoints for employees, contractors, visitors, or health-related screenings. Each screening point can be accessed via a unique link or QR code, making it simple to register, sign in/out, and complete associated forms. Screening Facilitators can monitor attendance, capture data, and generate reports.

Screenings
On the left navigation pane of Safety 360 Elite you will find the Screenings portal as shown here.
Creating a Screening Point
Steps:
- Select the screening type and click +.
- Name the screening point and, if applicable, add a date.
- Link the screening to a project (optional).
- Click Create
Note: To create a screening point, ensure the following:
- The user has access to the system.
- The user profile has either Control access or the Screening Facilitator role.
Screening Dashboard
The Screening Dashboard provides access to:
- Attendance list – manage expected participants.
- Reports – view and export screening activity.
- Edit – update screening point details.
Screening Dashboard: Attendees
Attendees can be added in two ways:
- Added Attendees – pre-loaded by the screening facilitator by clicking the Attendees button; they can check in via “Find Registration” without re-registering.
- Self-Registered Attendees – register directly by scanning the QR code or using the link.
Screening Dashboard: Reports
The Screening Facilitator can review the signed status of the attendees list by clicking the Attendees button.
View details by clicking on Reports.
Screening Facilitator
The Screening Facilitator can manage screening details, monitor attendees, and access reports. Their contact details are displayed on the screening point link/QR page.
Click + to add a facilitator.
Attached Forms
Facilitators can attach unlimited Forms to a screening point. These can be used for health declarations, compliance checklists, or visitor questionnaires.
Attendees complete the forms as part of the registration process.

Link and QR Code
Attendees can register or find their registration by scanning the screening QR code or using the unique link.
Facilitators can copy or download codes for distribution, print them for checkpoints, or email links in advance.
Disclaimer
To display custom text to attendees or anyone accessing the screening point via link or QR code, enter it in the Disclaimer field at the bottom of the Screening Dashboard. Use the same button to edit or update this text at any time.
Registration
Registration process:
- Attendee accesses the link/QR code.
- They register (or select “Find Registration” if pre-added).
- They submit a reason for visit (except added attendees).
- They receive an email with a personal sign-in/sign-out link.
Find Registration
When an attendee is registered, they receive an email containing a link which if followed, takes them to the Sign in/ Sign out page.
Sign In and Sign out using the Emailed links.
The Facilitator’s details is displayed on this page again, along with the set Disclaimer.
